About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor, collect and analyze threat information from open, closed (restricted) and commercial sources.
  • Produce tactical, operational and strategic reports on threats relevant to the business.
  • Conduct research and analysis on threat groups, malicious campaigns, TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) and emerging vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain indicators of compromise (IOCs) and detection rules.
  • Correlate security events with intelligence to support the SOC and incident response teams.
  • Map threats using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain and the Diamond Model.
  • Support security incident investigations and forensic analyses by providing threat context.
  • Prepare executive briefings and intelligence communications for different levels of the organization.
  • Monitor threats directed at the financial sector, cooperative institutions or the company’s specific business segment.
  • Participate in intelligence-sharing communities such as FS-ISAC, CERT.br, FIRST and other relevant forums.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes, procedures and automations related to threat intelligence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, SOC, Incident Response or related areas.
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model frameworks.
  • Familiarity with malware analysis, phishing, ransomware and APT campaigns.
  • Knowledge of protocols, networks and Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with TIP (Threat Intelligence Platform) platforms or CTI tools.
  • Critical analysis skills and the ability to produce technical and executive reports.
  • Knowledge of SIEM and corporate security tools.
  • Advantage: experience in financial institutions or regulated environments.
  • Advantage: knowledge of Digital Risk Protection (DRP), Brand Protection and monitoring of exposed attack surfaces.
  • Advantage: experience with Threat Hunting.
  • Advantage: experience with MISP, Anomali, Recorded Future, Flashpoint, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender Threat Intelligence, OpenCTI or similar platforms.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to operate in high-criticality situations.
  • Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Strategic mindset applied to cybersecurity.
  • Preferred: certifications such as GCTI, CTIA, Security+, CySA+, GSEC or CISSP.
