About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use continuous improvement tools and methodologies to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and implement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, process quality, and the experience of target audiences.
- Act with a systemic and strategic view, understanding end-to-end process impacts and connecting business needs to organizational objectives.
- Develop, monitor, and evolve performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and managerial analyses, ensuring results tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, risks, and operational deviations, supporting the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct process diagnostics, map root causes, identify bottlenecks, and structure action plans for continuous improvement and productivity gains.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and track the implementation of fixes and improvements in processes, products, and journeys, working together with responsible areas to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Conduct investigations, surveys, and analyses to support decisions, projects, and strategic initiatives within the area.
- Design and evolve processes, flows, and journeys that meet the needs of the Brokerage and Cooperatives, ensuring simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Monitor market trends, operational excellence practices, innovations, and regulatory changes, promoting the continuous evolution of processes and services.
- Manage and engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment among involved parties and maintaining continuous communication about initiative progress, achieved results, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Prepare and present executive materials, management reports, and strategic recommendations for different audiences, contributing to transparency and governance of initiatives under your responsibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Processes, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in process mapping, review, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational efficiency methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Experience building, analyzing, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and processing.
- Experience handling, consolidating, and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Ability to structure analyses and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Skill in preparing executive presentations and communicating results to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading and tracking cross-functional initiatives, projects, or action plans.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: Experience in the insurance, financial, or cooperative sectors.
- Preferred: Knowledge of insurance products and their operational journeys.
- Preferred: Lean, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or similar certification.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL for queries and data extraction.
- Preferred: Experience in transformation, automation, or customer experience improvement projects.
- Preferred: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Preferred: Experience in designing and managing customer, cooperative, or partner journeys.
