About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in the experimentation pillar with a website-focused perspective, using metrics and user behavior to support decisions and evolve digital journeys
  • Design solutions for the Website Platform, translating business needs and functional requirements into interfaces, tests, and experiments
  • Analyze performance and conversion metrics to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
  • Improve the digital experience by connecting user needs to business objectives
  • Present recommendations and support experience decisions based on data, evidence, and results
  • Use behavioral data, navigation metrics, analytical inputs, and research evidence to refine flows, journeys, navigation, and interfaces
  • Translate business and functional requirements (PM and BSA) into experience and usability solutions
  • Design flows, journeys, and navigation structures
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to define and validate solutions
  • Ensure adherence to UX best practices, accessibility, and interface consistency
  • Partner with engineering on solution implementation
  • Support validation of deliverables from the user experience perspective
  • Conduct user tests to validate hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Design, UX, Communication, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Proactive and communicative profile
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to connect user experience to business objectives
  • Digital journey and funnel mindset
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively
  • Result-oriented strategic thinking
  • Ability to prioritize based on impact
  • Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership of deliverables
  • Comfort dealing with complex problems and ambiguity
  • Previous experience with web platforms or websites (preferred)
  • Digital behavior analysis and journey metrics
