About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand business problems and define the technical, functional and business scope of requests, with validation from the PO/PM
Assess and measure the impact of new features on existing functionality
Assess and discuss technical integrations with analysts and software engineers from other teams
Support organization of the technical backlog, establishing dependencies and priorities
Provide estimates and perform technical refinement of requests with the development team
Translate business requirements into user stories for engineering to develop code components and/or system architecture
Identify, assess and address impacts on business processes and related systems
Collaborate with software engineers and QAs, understand programming logic and support engineering solutions
Support PM/PO in system acceptance testing (UAT)
Serve as the interface between internal systems and third-party solutions
Integrate with Systems Change Management, including creating RDMs, aligning with processing and IT operations, and monitoring deployments
Prepare configuration and parameterization manuals for internal and external systems
Resolve incidents and monitor system processes
Respond to internal and external audit requests within the system
Prepare and deliver technical training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases preferred
Experience working with teams that use agile methods and theoretical knowledge of these methodologies
Knowledge of agile and software engineering metrics
Knowledge of agile practices, software architecture and software engineering
Continuous self-development in technology
Collaborative product design
User Story Mapping
Product management techniques
Business strategy and competitive intelligence
Ability to navigate between technical and business areas
Ability to summarize and explain complex information
Strong communication and influencing skills
Hands-on approach, from strategy to execution when needed

Preferably reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area, with availability to commute to the CAS office on Avenida Assis Brasil
