About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the definition of business and corporate operations strategies to identify technological capabilities that can contribute to achieving objectives, as well as map limitations that need to be addressed.
  • Support initiatives that directly impact our customers' experience and the efficiency of our internal processes, in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
  • Define the approach and methodology for application development to ensure the development process adheres to the pace and frequency of changes inherent to each business function, based on methodologies established by the IT Architecture area.
  • Support sourcing strategies (internal or external) for system development and maintenance to ensure the execution capacity and technical quality necessary to support business demands.
  • Support application lifecycle management by proposing strategies for maintenance, evolution, and decommissioning of information systems that meet the objectives of various business functions and ensure a balanced cost-benefit relationship and appropriate service levels.
  • Participate in defining enterprise and technology architecture to ensure business and technology models align with corporate objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in leading teams and people management, with the ability to support team development.
  • Ability to operate at the interface between business and technology, maintaining alignment, organization, and fluidity in decision-making.
  • Proven experience in workflow management, with strong command of prioritization, SLAs, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Technical knowledge of credit risk and technology, with sufficient insight to support discussions, guide decisions, and coordinate efforts with the business.
  • Analytical and structured mindset, comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards, and influencing stakeholders based on evidence.
  • Ability to define, monitor, and evolve metrics such as throughput/capacity, backlog, productivity per squad or cell, and rework rate.
  • Systems thinking to connect human, technical, and business capabilities, promoting cross-area integration and reducing silos.
  • Certifications or knowledge in frameworks and methodologies: COBIT, ITIL, PMP.
  • Experience in high-complexity environments such as fintechs, digital banks, or large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of credit risk, risk assessment models, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in business, process, and data modeling.
