About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management of the financial planning cycle, ensuring methodological consistency, governance and data quality.
Prepare analyses identifying variances, trends, opportunities, risks and key drivers of performance.
Develop projections, simulations and economic and financial scenarios to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support planners during planning cycles and reviews by proposing recommendations and best practices.
Build and enhance tools, models and support materials for planners, promoting efficiency and best practices.
Validate data, assumptions and financial indicators, ensuring reliability and adherence to business rules.
Prepare presentations and management materials focused on clear, objective, decision-oriented communication.
Participate in automation, continuous improvement and application of artificial intelligence in financial processes.
Partner with business areas to support the interpretation of results and their financial impacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Collaborative profile with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
Systemic view and understanding of the financial impacts of business decisions.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to influence diverse audiences.
Experience in financial, budgeting or performance analysis, with the ability to investigate variances, identify root causes and build scenarios.
Analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends and translate information into practical business recommendations.
Knowledge of accounting and financial statements, preferably in the financial services sector.
Advanced Office skills and proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools.
Ability to structure executive presentations, turning complex analyses into simple, objective messages.
