About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialized technical support to Sicredi System entities and partner companies, resolving requests related to insurance products and services (with a focus on negotiation and policy renewals)
Manage the financial closing for renewal services
Assist in implementing action plans aimed at adopting corrective measures
Prepare technical analyses and opinions, including drafting technical manuals and documents in the Online Support system
Develop support materials

Requirements
