About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate and interact with other internal CAS teams, hubs and cooperatives across the Sicredi system to understand needs and help identify opportunities within Legal Operations
- Work closely with attorneys from other areas of the Legal Superintendency (Civil Litigation, Labor, Tax and Credit Recovery Management, and Product and Business Management) to deliver outcomes that add value to the Legal department
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of team processes and workflows
- Analyze and propose action plans to mitigate risks within the management area
- Solve complex problems and provide new perspectives on existing solutions
- Act as a resource and mentor for less-experienced professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Law, Business Administration or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Data-oriented profile with experience using tools for indicators, metrics and KPIs
- Experience in Legal Controllership and/or Legal Operations is a plus
- Initiative, proactivity and autonomy
- Broad perspective on continuous process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience using agile methods to promote a collaborative and innovative environment
