About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act strategically in benefits management
- Monitor and analyze health and cost indicators (e.g., claims ratio, utilization, population profile), proposing actions to ensure financial balance and sustainability
- Build, structure and evolve the wellness strategy
- Plan, implement and monitor wellness programs, initiatives and campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact
- Work in depth on health, benefits and wellness topics, supporting decision-making and discussions with partner areas and leadership
- Track trends, benchmarks and market best practices, proposing innovations and continuous improvements
- Support strategic communications and engagement initiatives related to benefits and wellness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Preferred experience leading wellness programs
- Preferred experience in benefits management
- Preferred knowledge of data and metrics
