About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act strategically in benefits management
  • Monitor and analyze health and cost indicators (e.g., claims ratio, utilization, population profile), proposing actions to ensure financial balance and sustainability
  • Build, structure and evolve the wellness strategy
  • Plan, implement and monitor wellness programs, initiatives and campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact
  • Work in depth on health, benefits and wellness topics, supporting decision-making and discussions with partner areas and leadership
  • Track trends, benchmarks and market best practices, proposing innovations and continuous improvements
  • Support strategic communications and engagement initiatives related to benefits and wellness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Preferred experience leading wellness programs
  • Preferred experience in benefits management
  • Preferred knowledge of data and metrics
