About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Data Quality and AI Governance team, ensuring integration across data, models, agents, and AI usage
Define, deploy, and evolve the Data Quality Program (dimensions, metrics, targets, and action plans)
Establish and chair AI Governance Committees
Define and monitor indicators for data quality, value, risk, cost, and AI compliance
Ensure alignment between Business, Data, IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance areas
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (e.g., LGPD and internal policies) in the use of data and AI
Report to executive leadership on the maturity, risks, and progress of Data and AI Governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data Governance and Data Quality (dimensions, controls, and metrics)
AI Governance and model lifecycle management
Definition and monitoring of KPIs and KRIs
Data and AI risk management
Familiarity with data architecture, AI, MLOps, and observability
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data, Governance, Technology, Risk, or Compliance
Specific courses in:
Data Quality and Data Governance
Governance, Ethics, and Risk in Artificial Intelligence
Proven experience leading Data Quality, Governance, or Technology programs
