About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work cross-functionally across the various Card journeys, supporting the maintenance and evolution of operational processes
- Perform data analyses via database queries (SQL), identifying opportunities, deviations and root causes of operational issues
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support decision-making
- Handle sustainment requests, tracking incidents, system validations and implementation of improvements
- Organize, track and prioritize the backlog of requests, ensuring alignment with area objectives and business needs
- Map processes, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives for operational efficiency and automation
- Support impact analyses, testing and rollout of changes related to Card products and processes
- Interact with partner areas such as Product, Technology, Data, Customer Service and vendors, ensuring progress of the requests under your responsibility
- Produce analyses and recommendations that support process evolution and improve the experience of cooperatives and members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience in data analysis and operational metrics
- Intermediate SQL knowledge for queries and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Experience handling and tracking sustainment or process support requests
- Experience managing, organizing and prioritizing a backlog of requests
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Analytical capability to investigate problems and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience in environments with multiple simultaneous demands and interaction with different areas
- Postgraduate degree preferred or in progress
- Experience in Card operations, payment methods or financial products
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process management
- Experience with demand management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
- Experience with process automation and building solutions to achieve operational efficiency gains
- Knowledge of financial market products and services
