About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform financial, managerial and feasibility analyses, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective strategies and actions;
- Coordinate the financial (budgetary) planning of the CSS Cooperatives, ensuring process continuity and acting as the cooperatives' representative with the CAS;
- Develop scenarios and simulations and produce diagnostics that support leadership decision-making;
- Support the execution of market studies and the identification of opportunities and trends;
- Develop and monitor financial and managerial KPIs for the CSS and the Cooperatives, reporting to the required forums;
- Provide leadership with studies, analyses and management information;
- Contribute, as needed, to the Central's strategic planning and project processes by leading project management, facilitation methodologies and communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related fields;
- Proven experience in financial planning and/or financial and managerial analysis;
- Experience in scenario building, financial modeling and preparation of diagnostics;
- Proficient in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data and analysis into recommendations;
- Availability to travel;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x2) in Porto Alegre.
- Preferred qualifications
- Postgraduate degree, specialization or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Strategy or Project Management;
- Certification or experience in project management and agile methodologies;
- Experience in cooperativism and/or the financial system;
- Knowledge of strategic planning;
- Experience facilitating groups and leading workshops.
