About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform financial, managerial and feasibility analyses, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective strategies and actions;
Coordinate the financial (budgetary) planning of the CSS Cooperatives, ensuring process continuity and acting as the cooperatives' representative with the CAS;
Develop scenarios and simulations and produce diagnostics that support leadership decision-making;
Support the execution of market studies and the identification of opportunities and trends;
Develop and monitor financial and managerial KPIs for the CSS and the Cooperatives, reporting to the required forums;
Provide leadership with studies, analyses and management information;
Contribute, as needed, to the Central's strategic planning and project processes by leading project management, facilitation methodologies and communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience in financial planning and/or financial and managerial analysis;
Experience in scenario building, financial modeling and preparation of diagnostics;
Proficient in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar);
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data and analysis into recommendations;
Availability to travel;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x2) in Porto Alegre.
Preferred qualifications
Postgraduate degree, specialization or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Strategy or Project Management;
Certification or experience in project management and agile methodologies;
Experience in cooperativism and/or the financial system;
Knowledge of strategic planning;
Experience facilitating groups and leading workshops.
