About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct, negotiate and provide technical and specialized support for the most complex cases, seeking solutions to meet insurance-related requests
Map and implement improvements to enhance the experience of members and cooperatives
Map and implement improvements that increase the efficiency of the area's activities and that are aligned with Sicredi's strategic ambitions and guidelines
Make data-driven decisions aligned with Sicredi's strategy
Lead initiatives focused on the evolution of the member journey or efficiency gains
Create and deliver trainings and presentations
Monitor team deliveries, ensuring timelines, scope and prioritization of activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree completed or near completion in related fields such as Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance or similar
Experience in the insurance policy contracting process
Experience developing improvements that generate measurable value
Proactive, initiative-taking, collaborative and organized profile
Ability to develop content, presentations and training materials.
