About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct, negotiate and provide technical and specialized support for the most complex cases, seeking solutions to meet insurance-related requests
  • Map and implement improvements to enhance the experience of members and cooperatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree completed or near completion in related fields such as Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance or similar
  • Experience in the insurance policy contracting process
  • Experience developing improvements that generate measurable value
  • Proactive, initiative-taking, collaborative and organized profile
  • Ability to develop content, presentations and training materials.
