About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Engineering Manager in organizing this competency as a horizontal function
- Lead strategies for attracting and developing software professionals (1:1, Individual Development Plans, Hiring/Termination)
- Structure teams and the technical foundation to ensure the product functions effectively
- Execute people management and development activities
- Support the operation and governance of the horizontal function
- Drive software engineering topics with leaders of other technical horizontals
- Pair with GPMs and PMs to understand the main business challenges
- Foster adoption of new technologies aligned with the architectural model
