Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor product results and support the implementation of actions to achieve objectives;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related fields;
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex environments and with digital products;
  • Experience in results management and KPI development;
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization;
  • Ability to structure analyses of commercial performance indicators and incorporate data into executive narratives;
  • Systemic view to map processes and journeys, identifying end-to-end improvements and managing interdependencies;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with clarity and assertiveness;
  • High level of autonomy, initiative and accountability.

  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (generative AI and automations) to increase productivity, analytical quality and operational efficiency;
  • Experience creating materials and executive narratives tailored to different audiences and forums;
  • Knowledge of payments, particularly card payments;
