About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor product results and support the implementation of actions to achieve objectives;
Perform performance analyses and contribute to the development of action plans aligned with strategic guidelines;
Support analyses and provide accurate information, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related fields;
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex environments and with digital products;
Experience in results management and KPI development;
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization;
Ability to structure analyses of commercial performance indicators and incorporate data into executive narratives;
Systemic view to map processes and journeys, identifying end-to-end improvements and managing interdependencies;
Strong communication and influencing skills, with clarity and assertiveness;
High level of autonomy, initiative and accountability.
**Differentials**
Use of Artificial Intelligence (generative AI and automations) to increase productivity, analytical quality and operational efficiency;
Experience creating materials and executive narratives tailored to different audiences and forums;
Knowledge of payments, particularly card payments;
