About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, analyze and optimize organizational processes, promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and quality in operations.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Support maintenance and evolution of automated solutions applied to processes.
- Act as the integration link between business areas and technology, ensuring process flow.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, compliance and audits.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and operational flows.
- Contribute to quality initiatives, internal controls and business continuity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in related areas (Administration, Engineering, IT or similar).
- Experience in mapping, analyzing and improving corporate processes.
- Experience with process management tools (SESuite, PegaSystems or similar).
- Knowledge of process automation (RPA, Power Automate, UiPath or equivalents).
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, flows and systems).
- Knowledge of process methodologies (BPM, continuous improvement, quality).
- Ability to interpret functional and business requirements.
- Differentials:
- Experience in Financial Institutions or Credit Cooperatives.
- Experience in regulated environments (BACEN, LGPD, audits).
- Knowledge in automation governance and environment control.
- Courses or certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of AI applied to processes (OCR, intelligent agents, etc.).
