Key responsibilities & impact

Perform reconciliations and accounting entries, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Participate in processes related to the accounting close between the 1st and 5th business day.
Produce accounting data to support decision-making together with product and business teams.
Provide support to Cooperatives in resolving technical issues related to processes and assist with inquiries.
Take ownership and demonstrate genuine interest in the business, maintaining strong relationships with Cooperatives and partner areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in accounting booking and reconciliation processes between accounting and operational systems.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and relationship skills to liaise with cooperatives and internal teams for understanding and mapping accounting processes.
Investigative, proactive profile with a passion for challenges.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
