About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and orchestrate campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio), ensuring quality and scalability.
- Develop and manage audiences using SQL and Data Extensions, applying eligibility rules, deduplication, and prioritization.
- Implement multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push) with dynamic personalization and trigger configurations.
- Improve CRM processes and automations to increase efficiency and reduce execution time.
- Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to ensure data availability and quality.
- Monitor executions and validate campaigns, ensuring consistency, deliverability, and compliance with rules.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments, analyzing results for continuous optimization.
- Track lifecycle metrics and support campaign performance analysis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- SQL for segmentation and data manipulation, including creating Data Extensions, queries, and base data processing.
- Data modeling and structuring for CRM (contacts, attributes, interaction history, and events).
- AMPscript (or similar) for dynamic personalization of communications.
- Orchestration of multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push) and configuration of triggers/events.
- Best practices for deliverability and contact governance (opt-in, opt-out, frequency, prioritization).
- A/B testing and experimentation, including setup and basic result analysis.
- Understanding of data integration and APIs for connecting platforms and source/target systems.
- Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for monitoring performance.
