About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the use of credit products; demonstrate curiosity and analytical ability to investigate problems, understand root causes and propose improvements to processes and products;
- Support the organization of information and the translation of business needs into structured requests, assisting with prioritization and tracking of initiatives;
- Contribute to organizing information, agendas, requests and follow-ups, as well as preparing materials, content and training related to the products;
- Strong written communication and the ability to present information clearly to different audiences;
- Support maintenance of credit products, including updating parameters, rules, guidelines and workflows;
- Assist in creating and updating product manuals, procedures and documentation;
- Support coordination with partner areas such as Legal, Operations, Credit Approval, Data, CRM, Contact Centers and Cooperatives to advance product-related requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation and the ability to interface with different areas;
- Ability to interpret KPIs, dashboards and business data to support analyses and recommendations;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI for reading, organizing and analyzing business information and data;
- Experience in Agribusiness, credit, cooperatives or financial products is a plus;
- Business acumen and an interest in continuous improvement;
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to organize information clearly.
