About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Product Manager and other stakeholders in structuring and evolving agricultural products, with a focus on coverage, pricing and the contracting journey.
- Conduct market and competitor studies to identify relevant opportunities and trends.
- Participate in defining launch strategies, campaigns and initiatives to promote the adoption of agricultural insurance.
- Interact with partner insurers (e.g., MAPFRE, Allianz, Swiss Re) for technical and operational alignment of products.
- Monitor performance indicators such as written premium, average commission, penetration rate and monthly production.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting, claims and renewal processes based on feedback from cooperatives and members.
- Participate in technical and strategic meetings on product development, current legislation and regulatory adjustments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven knowledge and experience (minimum 1 year) in agricultural insurance: Custeio (crop input financing), Productivity and Named Perils products;
- Experience in agricultural product development at a Broker or Insurer;
- Communicative, interactive, proactive and curious profile, with a willingness to learn new things.
- Field experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean) is desirable;
- Application of market knowledge and best practices.
