About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Product Manager and other stakeholders in structuring and evolving agricultural products, with a focus on coverage, pricing and the contracting journey.
Conduct market and competitor studies to identify relevant opportunities and trends.
Participate in defining launch strategies, campaigns and initiatives to promote the adoption of agricultural insurance.
Interact with partner insurers (e.g., MAPFRE, Allianz, Swiss Re) for technical and operational alignment of products.
Monitor performance indicators such as written premium, average commission, penetration rate and monthly production.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting, claims and renewal processes based on feedback from cooperatives and members.
Participate in technical and strategic meetings on product development, current legislation and regulatory adjustments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven knowledge and experience (minimum 1 year) in agricultural insurance: Custeio (crop input financing), Productivity and Named Perils products;
Experience in agricultural product development at a Broker or Insurer;
Communicative, interactive, proactive and curious profile, with a willingness to learn new things.
Field experience is a plus;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean) is desirable;
Application of market knowledge and best practices.
