About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the data teams of the Executive Directorate of Credit and Segments
Improve the entire data pipeline, from structuring to decision-making
Generate data-driven insights
Ensure a broad, cross-cutting perspective across all credit areas
Guide the development of plans and actions relevant to Sicredi's strategy
Build advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
Turn large volumes of data into actionable insights and predictive models
Support critical business decisions, driving impact in areas such as credit, risk, member behavior, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related areas
Proficiency in languages such as Python or R
Experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (Pandas, SQL, Spark, etc.)
Experience with model deployment and MLOps
Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling techniques
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
Nice to have: Experience in the Agro sector or financial services (credit/risk)
Knowledge of models for crop yield forecasting, default prediction, or producer behavior
Experience with geospatial, climate, or economic data
Experience with cloud environments (AWS).
