About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Share knowledge about negotiation tools and delinquent portfolio management, supporting the advancement of practices across Cooperatives
- Conduct training, capacity-building and provide technical support to Cooperatives on regulations, manuals and strategies for collection and credit recovery
- Serve as a reference for guidelines and best practices in recovery (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial)
- Propose and implement improvements to operational credit recovery processes, focusing on efficiency and results
- Support the standardization of processes, policies and workflows, ensuring compliance with rules and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- Experience in credit recovery
- Experience in training, capacity building or knowledge dissemination
- Familiarity with negotiation tools and credit recovery systems
- Familiarity with rules, manuals and collection/recovery policies
- Experience in analysis and improvement of operational processes
- Knowledge of the full recovery cycle (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial)
- Strong communication skills, teaching ability and aptitude for engaging with diverse audiences
- Experience working within cooperative systems (advantage)
- General knowledge of the formalities related to all credit instruments (advantage)
- Knowledge of data analysis (SQL / SAS / Databricks) (advantage)
