Key responsibilities & impact

Share knowledge about negotiation tools and delinquent portfolio management, supporting the advancement of practices across Cooperatives
Conduct training, capacity-building and provide technical support to Cooperatives on regulations, manuals and strategies for collection and credit recovery
Serve as a reference for guidelines and best practices in recovery (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial)
Propose and implement improvements to operational credit recovery processes, focusing on efficiency and results
Support the standardization of processes, policies and workflows, ensuring compliance with rules and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
Experience in credit recovery
Experience in training, capacity building or knowledge dissemination
Familiarity with negotiation tools and credit recovery systems
Familiarity with rules, manuals and collection/recovery policies
Experience in analysis and improvement of operational processes
Knowledge of the full recovery cycle (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial)
Strong communication skills, teaching ability and aptitude for engaging with diverse audiences
Experience working within cooperative systems (advantage)
General knowledge of the formalities related to all credit instruments (advantage)
Knowledge of data analysis (SQL / SAS / Databricks) (advantage)
