About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Share knowledge about negotiation tools and the management of delinquent portfolios, supporting the advancement of practices within the cooperatives;
Conduct trainings, capacity-building sessions and provide technical support to cooperatives on regulations, manuals and debt collection and credit recovery strategies;
Serve as a reference for guidelines and best practices in recovery (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial);
Propose and implement improvements to operational credit recovery processes, with a focus on efficiency and results;
Support the standardization of processes, policies and workflows, ensuring compliance with rules and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law or related fields;
Experience in credit recovery;
Experience in training, capacity building or knowledge dissemination;
Knowledge of negotiation tools and credit recovery systems;
Familiarity with collection and recovery rules, manuals and policies;
Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes;
Knowledge of the full recovery cycle (preventive, extrajudicial and judicial);
Strong communication skills, good teaching ability and capacity to engage with diverse audiences.
Experience working within cooperative systems;
General knowledge of the formalities related to all credit instruments;
Knowledge of data analysis (SQL / SAS / DATABRICKS).
