People & Culture Analyst – Talent Attraction Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a consultative partner to leaders and business areas, understanding strategic objectives, context and challenges to design more effective selection processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for roles of varying levels and complexities (operational, specialist and leadership).
- Support leaders in defining profiles, competencies, evaluation criteria and decision-making, ensuring cultural and strategic alignment.
- Develop and apply competency-based interview methodologies, assessments, group exercises and evaluation tools.
- Analyze, correlate and interpret strategic data related to attraction and acquisition metrics, promoting a strongly data-driven approach. Perform critical analyses that connect People & Culture to business strategic objectives. Generate actionable insights to support decision-making, continuous improvement of talent processes and increased efficiency and impact of people strategies.
- Propose and implement innovations in selection processes, including the use of technology, automation, AI, employer branding and new attraction channels.
- Conduct active sourcing/hunting, Boolean searches and partnerships with various attraction channels (LinkedIn, communities, universities, affirmative programs, among others).
- Work with diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring fair, structured and intentional processes.
- Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects related to attraction, candidate experience and employer brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related fields).
- Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, especially in environments with greater complexity and a varied volume of vacancies.
- Experience acting consultatively with business areas and leaders.
- Experience with competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment.
- Analytical ability to read and interpret data and metrics.
- Good communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Systemic vision, sense of prioritization and understanding of organizational context.
- Differentials:
- Experience with ATS (such as Gupy) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with strategic selection processes or critical positions.
- Knowledge or practice with People Analytics applied to R&S (Recruitment & Selection).
- Experience with innovation, automation or use of AI in recruitment.
- Involvement in employer branding projects or affirmative programs.
- Previous experience in mid/large-size companies or in transforming environments.
