About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act in the structuring and operation of an offshore branch;
- Structure liquidity and capital financial instruments in the international market;
- Participate in the negotiation of transactions in the financial market;
- Lead the process for issuing credit ratings and ESG ratings;
- Identify and develop new lines and opportunities for sustainable fundraising via loans or debt issuance;
- Represent Sicredi to the financial market and maintain relationships with shareholders;
- Support the formalization and monitoring processes for transactions executed by the department;
- Provide information to meet various demands, including audits, compliance, internal controls, risk and accounting;
- Assist with analyses and routines necessary for sustainable financings, including management of underlying assets (asset backings), document reporting and impact indicator reporting;
- Carry out partner onboarding/update processes – *KYP: Know Your Partner*.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed postgraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong knowledge of financial mathematics and complex financial calculations;
- Interest in financial market topics;
- Ability to work collaboratively, proactively and with commitment;
- Fluent or advanced English to participate in meetings with international partners.
- THE FOLLOWING WILL BE A PLUS:
- Previous experience structuring or operating an offshore branch/agency;
- Previous experience in the financial market, especially in debt issuance and structured transactions;
- Previous experience in sustainable finance, including familiarity with international sustainable bond standards (Green Bond Principles, Social Bond Principles, Sustainability Bond Guidelines);
- Programming skills and Power BI experience.
