About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with business areas to understand needs and structure requests (upstream), supporting the creation of clarity before solutions are defined;
  • Support the evolution of BPM flows and dynamic views in the Senior tool;
  • Contribute to building simple agents in Copilot, using unrestricted-use content;
  • Configure, add and maintain informational content in Theo, Sicredi's artificial intelligence (via Watson);
  • Monitor initiatives under your responsibility, applying project management practices for organization, prioritization and ensuring progress through to delivery;
  • Contribute to identifying innovation opportunities in the evolution of processes and solutions within the area;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and employee experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields (such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Human Resources Management or similar);
  • Experience (even at an entry level) with BPM or process mapping;
  • Interest in or initial experience with automation or tool configuration;
  • Experience with project management tools (Planner, Jira or similar);
  • Basic knowledge in data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar).
