About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor product operational routines;
Support backlog management, SLAs, and demand queues;
Support initial analysis, incident tracking, and prioritization with Product Managers (PMs);
Assist in identifying systemic failures and collecting technical evidence;
Support process mapping, improvement, and automation;
Contribute to the creation of manuals, documentation, and presentations;
Work collaboratively with Product, Technology, and Operations teams;
Availability for on-call duty.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or similar);
Intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle);
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Familiarity with Jira or Kanban tools;
Basic knowledge of AI, automation, and continuous improvement;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Clear and objective communication.
