About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and resolve incidents during integration with the Pix receiving API
- Monitor operations and related KPIs
- Identify and advocate opportunities for improvement
- Advocate for the prioritization of incidents and problems
- Automate operational processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Train different stakeholders on operational topics
- Create manuals and presentations to support and present proposals
- Participate in team ceremonies
- Provide on-call support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology)
- Understanding of programming logic
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel)
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to develop DML scripts
- Experience with process automation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience analyzing logs to identify issues (experience with Graylog and Dynatrace is a plus)
- Experience in production/support operations
- Clear and effective communication
- Agility and accuracy in resolving critical issues
- Proactivity and the ability to anticipate risks
