About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve members and cooperatives with excellence via channels such as phone and chat for requests related to payment, receipt and acceptance products.
- Log, monitor and ensure resolution of tickets with empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and focus on completing processes.
