About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, operational evolution and process transformation
Organize, plan and monitor accounting and operational routines
Connect different departments and stakeholders to build more efficient and sustainable solutions
Support analysis of KPIs, operational metrics, risks and accounting impacts
Apply critical thinking to identify root causes, opportunities and operational efficiencies
Contribute to automation, standardization and process improvement efforts
Assist in designing workflows, controls, governance and tracking of deliverables
Act as a technical reference and provide guidance within the scope of responsibility
Participate in meetings with internal teams, cooperatives and partners to strengthen relationships and align expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Experience in accounting and financial processes
Experience with projects, process improvement or transformation initiatives
Knowledge of SAP ERP
Experience with analytical tools and data handling (Power BI, Databricks or similar)
Advanced Excel
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives
Experience in organizational transformation environments
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Experience with operational metrics, governance and risk management
