About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent service to members and cooperatives via channels such as phone and chat, handling inquiries related to payments, receivables and acceptance products.
- Log, track and ensure ticket resolution with empathy, a sense of responsibility and a focus on completing processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on user feedback, contributing to the enhancement of the experience.
- Work in partnership with different areas/departments at Sicredi to ensure an integrated and efficient journey for members.
