About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the data platform roadmap aligned with the PETI and strategic priorities
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of data, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Coordinate alignment with business areas, cooperatives, and technical teams
- Support the evolution of the Gold Layer and initiatives linked to PACTO
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure continuous value delivery through data products
- Monitor performance and adoption metrics of the solutions
- Work alongside engineering, architecture, and data teams to execute deliveries
- Identify opportunities to use data and AI to generate value
- Support cooperatives in advancing their use of data
- Structure business cases and support data-driven decision making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a PM, PO, agile practitioner, or in a similar role within data and AI environments
- Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, or data engineering
- Experience managing backlogs and applying agile methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience with cloud data environments (AWS, Databricks, etc.)
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and modeling (e.g., Gold Layer)
- Hands-on experience in large-scale data/AI projects
- Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments
- Product (PSPO, PM3, etc.) or data/cloud certifications
