About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive improvements to technology processes
- Identify, prioritize and support the implementation of automation initiatives, integrations (APIs) and solutions using Artificial Intelligence
- Map, analyze and evolve processes with a focus on efficiency, risk reduction and improved experience
- Assess potential gains (time, cost, quality and risk) in proposed solutions
- Support or lead technology implementation initiatives with Cooperatives and relevant areas
- Monitor initiative outcomes through indicators and performance metrics
- Ensure solutions are aligned with architecture, technical standards and System guidelines
- Act as a bridge between the Central office, Cooperatives and system areas, facilitating decisions and alignments
- Represent the Central office in forums, working groups and local and system-wide initiatives
- Monitor trends, risks, regulations and technologies, ensuring adherence to governance and information security
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields
- Experience developing RPA or software using any tool or programming language
- Availability to travel
- Availability to work preferably on-site (hybrid negotiable)
- Advantageous: experience with technologies such as BPM (Fluid, SeSuite), RPA (UiPath, Python), Artificial Intelligence and API integrations
- Postgraduate/Specialization/MBA completed or in progress
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or systems architecture
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI)
- Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives
- Experience with automation governance, standards and information security
