About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Focus on results, business and strategy;
A vision that guides product strategy through to decision-making that ensures focus on outcomes;
Backlog management and roadmap administration;
Ensures requirements for what to build, collaborates with the development team and monitors releases;
Must be able to identify the minimum viable product (MVP);
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to create products;
Analytical ability, strategic and creative thinking;
Skill in identifying problems and making evidence-based decisions;
Proactivity and initiative;
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with other teams and leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in financial institutions and with Insurance products and/or Auto Insurance;
Experience making decisions about features and prioritizing the backlog;
Experience in Discovery stages, hypothesis validation and business definition, as well as in solution delivery;
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration or related fields;
Courses and training from a Product school.
