- Seek business generation and insurance-focused solutions aligned with the institution's strategy
- Monitor market trends and best practices to evolve our OKRs
- Operational health: Work with KPIs and metrics, converting them into actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Postgraduate degree completed
- Knowledge of products and services
- Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
- Experience in customer service or client support
- Experience or knowledge in AI, automation, and cognitive technologies is a plus
