About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling preventive alerts to identify fraud scenarios
- Monitoring outcomes to control impacts and recommending new strategies for the fraud detection engine to take automatic decisions
- Preparing Fraud Prevention Manuals and Procedures
- Handling and investigating fraud incidents
- Analyzing area metrics and preparing diagnostic reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis and Development, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools – Excel, Power BI
