About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the outreach strategy and governance for CRM initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of solutions, alignment across involved areas, and long-term sustainability of processes. Acts as a bridge between business areas, technology and strategic stakeholders, ensuring consistency, standardization and continuous evolution of the CRM ecosystem.
  • Develop, evolve and sustain CRM Governance policies, guidelines and frameworks.
  • Monitor and govern communication frequency and send pressure, ensuring member engagement and a positive member experience.
  • Define and govern audience segmentation processes, campaign intersections and journey prioritization rules.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for CRM best practices, advising on channels, frequency, engagement and responsible use of databases.
  • Project and control CRM costs, supporting budget allocation decisions in a data-driven manner.
  • Support corporate initiatives, ensuring practical application of governance guidelines in CRM communications.
  • Define and implement the dissemination and communication strategy for deliveries to product teams and Cooperatives for CRM initiatives, considering organizational, process and people impacts.
  • Structure and lead the CRM governance model, including forums, roles, responsibilities and monitoring cadences.
  • Ensure alignment between business, technology, data and marketing teams, promoting an integrated view of initiatives.
  • Identify risks, impacts and opportunities related to changes, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Promote standardization of processes, best practices and methodologies related to the use of CRM.
  • Drive continuous evolution of the governance model, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical profile, critical thinking and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Growth campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Organized and able to work autonomously to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, flexible and with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides, with a focus on executive storytelling.
  • Knowledge of the financial market;
  • SQL knowledge for data analysis;
  • Experience in cross-sector projects connecting strategy, operations and communications;
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
