About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze opportunities to change credit granting, pricing, recovery, and collateral policies to enhance business results;
Apply a cross-functional perspective on credit cycle topics, aligned with product strategies;
Provide consultative support to cooperatives and assist with questions related to credit cycle concepts, rules, and systems;
Monitor business result metrics;
Collaborate with product teams, assisting with analysis and new perspectives on data/information;
Stay up to date on financial market behavior.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a quantitative field and experience in credit
Ability to produce and present executive reports
Enjoy working in a team and in a collaborative environment
Curiosity to learn and willingness to teach
Resilience and adaptability
Initiative and a problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of banking data structures
Experience and familiarity with the financial market
Experience with agile practices (design thinking, Scrum, Kanban, Canvas).
