Key responsibilities & impact

Develop medium- to high-complexity technical solutions by implementing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project
Understand the software architecture and be able to work within it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionality
Document development stages by recording progress in version control and documentation tools
Guide and collaborate with the engineering team to find business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing
Maintain code and system quality, monitoring, and documentation
Perform code reviews to ensure code security and scalability
Identify potential improvement areas and propose solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience developing with Clipper, PL/SQL, and Java
Knowledge of other programming languages is considered a plus
Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and objectively
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
