About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new credit pricing models, taking into account different member segments, strategies, assumptions and Sicredi products;
- Implement, together with the product team, the models developed by the credit pricing team;
- Monitor, review, recalculate and calibrate models when appropriate;
- Propose methodological and automation improvements for cost and elasticity models;
- Produce studies and new proposals on credit pricing topics, understanding member profiles, products and stages of the credit cycle, providing insights for credit strategy or new deliverables and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders;
- Collaborate with different product teams, supporting analysis and new data/information perspectives;
- Interact with the various roles in the data process (analysts, engineers, scientists and business analysts);
- Maintain the necessary documentation for your deliverables;
- Continuously develop technically, interacting with other Credit Cycle scientists, both learning and teaching;
- Present models to Credit Cooperatives and other CAS areas, highlighting the impacts of their use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or related areas;
- Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
- Strong writing, summarization, presentation and communication skills, using language appropriate to the target audience;
- Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, Spark, SQL and SAS;
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs and developing ad-hoc studies;
- Knowledge and practical experience in the credit market;
- Knowledge of finance;
- Intermediate English is desirable;
- Experience in pricing is a plus.
