About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical reference for other team members, supporting the professional development of all;
Actively participate and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of processes related to the area’s activities (including the adoption of new tools);
Perform risk diagnostics on processes related to technology and information security, identifying weaknesses and preparing reports, as well as recommendations to guide improvements in Sicredi's processes;
Support the centralized and unified mapping of Sicredi's risks;
Create/manage/evolve/monitor/maintain and present indicators (KPIs and KRIs) related to the control of technological risks;
Provide support, training and awareness to business areas on the management of technology risks;
Answer questions and support strengthening the relationship of the area with teams from the Cooperatives and Centrals participating in the Sicredi system;
Respond to requests from regulatory bodies;
Actively participate in the creation and review of policies, standards and manuals related to technological risks and related topics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate degree in engineering, technology, information security or related fields;
Previous experience with technology risks, audit or a technology area compatible with the role;
Previous experience in a financial institution and familiarity with regulations related to the sector;
Advanced knowledge of cyber and/or IT/IS risks, including technical knowledge to support alignment with the first line;
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISF and ISO 27001;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Advanced level of English.
Preferred / Differentials:
Knowledge of cooperativism;
Certifications related to the role and focus area;
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional);
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker);
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager);
CompTIA Security+;
OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional);
CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional);
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor);
CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator);
Prior experience operationalizing processes using artificial intelligence (AI);
Experience with the following tools: ServiceNow, SESuite, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and/or SQL.
