About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analyses of relationship and conversion journeys, evaluating the impact of CRM communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Measure and monitor the performance of CRM flows and campaigns (e.g., delivery rate, open rate, click-through, conversion, retention, reactivation), linking communication efforts to outcomes.
- Analyze results of multichannel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, web/app), understanding synergies, overlaps and moments of impact.
- Explore customer behavior by segments, cohorts and journey stages (engagement, recurrence, propensity, churn), supporting refinement of strategies and hypotheses.
- Support analyses of CRM tests and experiments (A/B tests, control groups, holdout), interpreting results and generating actionable recommendations.
- Ensure quality and consistency in the measurement of events, conversions and metrics used in CRM and journey analysis.
- Support the definition and validation of success metrics for flows, campaigns and automated journeys.
- Work with digital analytics and product data to connect CRM interactions with web and app behavior.
- Collaborate with teams to advance understanding of attribution, incremental impact and measurement limitations.
- Build and maintain CRM and journey dashboards in Power BI, focused on decision-making (performance of flows, campaigns, channels and segments).
- Ensure sound analytical modeling for BI (appropriate granularity, well-defined metrics, performance and governance).
- Translate data into insights, narratives and clear recommendations, supporting strategic decisions on communication, prioritization and next steps.
- Partner with CRM, Marketing, Growth, Product and Data teams, aligning metrics, definitions and analytical priorities.
- Contribute to standardization of metrics, documentation and measurement best practices.
- Support routines for continuous performance monitoring and evolution of journeys.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, building analytical tables, validations and performance tuning).
- Experience with Power BI (modeling, measures and visualization).
- Strong data storytelling and analytical visualization skills.
- Experience analyzing campaigns, journeys or CRM communications.
- Experience in conversion, retention and impact analysis by journey stage.
- Understanding of digital journeys and customer behavior (web and app).

- Strong organization, prioritization and autonomy to lead end-to-end analyses.

- Differentials:
- Experience with analytical environments in Databricks.
- Python and/or PySpark for analyses and automations.
- Experience with experiments and A/B testing, control groups and interpreting incremental impact.
- Knowledge of CRM analytics: segmentation, activation, engagement, retention, LTV and churn.
- Understanding of attribution, tracking and measurement biases.
