About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct KYP (Know Your Partner) processes and third-party due diligence, including suppliers, partners, service providers and other counterparties;
Perform and analyze background checks, assessing reputational, legal and integrity risks with care;
Prepare technical risk reports with well-founded recommendations to support decision-making;
Conduct research in public and private databases, with critical analysis of sensitive information;
Support the continuous development of methodologies and criteria for third‑party risk classification;
Collaborate with internal areas to align requirements, clarify identified risks and define mitigation plans;
Contribute to strengthening the integrity program, particularly regarding third‑party management and corruption prevention;
Work with FATCA/CRS-related matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fields of study: Law, Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
Preferably with a Specialization/MBA in Compliance (completed or in progress).
Professional certification in Compliance is a plus.
Knowledge of Compliance topics, Anti‑corruption, FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard), and rules and standards of the national financial system.
Familiarity with financial institutions' operational routines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
