About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and conduct tests of new investment products in a controlled environment (pilots / MVPs);
  • Assess the feasibility of initiatives considering regulatory (Central Bank - Bacen, Brazilian Securities Commission - CVM, National Monetary Council - CMN), operational, financial and technological aspects;
  • Support the construction of business cases for new products;
  • Map risks and dependencies across areas (Credit, Risk, Legal, Custody, IT, etc.);
  • Consolidate learnings from tests and propose adjustments or recommendations;
  • Ensure traceability of decisions and documentation of experiments;
  • Support the structuring of customer journeys and processes required to enable the products;
  • Interact with partner areas to enable tests;
  • Create and monitor experiment plans (hypotheses, success metrics, validation criteria);
  • Monitor results and pilot indicators;
  • Prepare executive materials (presentations, reports, insights);
  • Conduct alignments with internal stakeholders;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the current portfolio based on data and feedback;
  • Support the transition of validated initiatives to the teams responsible for scaling.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in developing or managing financial products;
  • Analytical and structured mindset;
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and hypotheses;
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
  • Knowledge of investment products and related regulation;
  • Results-oriented with discipline in risk management and compliance;
  • Proactive attitude and sense of ownership;
  • Experience with product testing, MVPs or agile methodologies;
  • Experience with KPIs, data and performance analysis;
  • Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, Jira.
  • Preferred / considered a plus:
  • CPA-20 or CEA certification.
