About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for defining and executing the annual Work Plan for the risk matrix models, identifying the main topics to be assessed.
Plan and facilitate sessions so that first-line areas perform risk mapping, design testing and control testing to compose the risk plan models for our central offices and cooperatives.
Drive engagement and cultural adoption among the areas involved in building and implementing the cooperative models.
Provide support and guidance to team members, the Sicredi Administrative Center, central offices and cooperatives.
Report on work progress and results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience working in credit cooperatives and knowledge of risk management frameworks (such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, etc.) is considered a plus.
