About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the creation and review of institutional communications related to data, analytics, and AI, ensuring clarity and organized presentation of information.
Follow established visual and presentation standards, contributing to consistency across materials.
Assist with organizing and updating internal data channels, supporting curation and publication of content.
Support the organization of events, programs, and initiatives that promote an analytical culture.
Contribute to the development of educational content (knowledge bites) under team guidance.
Assist in gathering information for analytical maturity assessments.
Conduct initial research and surveys on trends, tools, and practices in data and AI.
Help record and organize data and AI deliverables, ensuring basic, structured documentation.
Collaborate with different areas, developing a systems view and promoting cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree completed or in progress in Data, Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of data, analytics, or technology.
Academic or early-career experience producing presentations, reports, or content.
Basic proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar).
Interest in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and a data-driven culture.
Basic skills in information organization and clear communication.
Interest in learning user experience (UX) concepts applied to content and materials.
Participation in academic or personal projects related to data, analytics, or AI.
Experience with communication activities, events, or content production.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel, or data visualization tools.
