Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain data pipelines, databases, reports, and dashboards.
Apply analytical techniques to large datasets to extract relevant information, identify outliers, and generate insights.
Design and maintain data- and AI-based solutions and agents to optimize area processes.
Bring an innovative, outside-the-box perspective to identify opportunities and create, propose, or participate in the development of technological solutions.
Collaborate with Sicredi technology teams to keep the area’s tools and technical solutions up to date.
Create and implement processes, documentation, and training for the solutions developed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in analytical environments, including creating and managing tables, extracting and manipulating data, and presenting results in reports and dashboards.
Optimization and automation of processes through technology and data workflows in cloud environments.
Creation of solutions and agents based on the application of artificial intelligence resources.
Development of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and processes.
Tools for cloud-based analytics environments.
Data consumption and manipulation languages (SQL, Python).
SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Power BI, Denodo).
Application of statistical techniques for basic and advanced data analyses.
Generative AI tools and resources for productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in data or AI-related areas.
Proficiency in Python and its main libraries for data handling, AI, and automation.
Experience applying AI (LLMs, RAG, APIs, etc.) in agent workflows and automations.
Databricks ecosystem.
MLOps, observability, and versioning.
