Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed postgraduate degree
Knowledge of products and services
Strategic vision and ability to make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
Experience in customer service
Experience or knowledge in AI, automation and cognitive technologies is a plus.
