About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading the service operations of the Consortium Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
Define and execute strategy, manage people and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of journeys.
Develop and update long-term strategies to secure competitive advantage.
Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
Lead teams, promoting continuous development, diversity and high performance.
Serve as a mentor and coach to coordinators and direct reports.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure financial efficiency and manage contracts.
Sponsor best practices in service delivery and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
Promote automation and digitization of processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work on improving both employee and member journeys.
Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and inquiries while increasing satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
Specialization/MBA.
Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
Basic English.
Experience in people management and leadership.
Knowledge of:
- Banking market and products.
- Business and service modeling.
- Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
- Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
- Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
Behavioral competencies:
