About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading the service operations of the Consortium Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
- Define and execute strategy, manage people and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of journeys.
- Develop and update long-term strategies to secure competitive advantage.
- Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
- Lead teams, promoting continuous development, diversity and high performance.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to coordinators and direct reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure financial efficiency and manage contracts.
- Sponsor best practices in service delivery and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
- Promote automation and digitization of processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work on improving both employee and member journeys.
- Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and inquiries while increasing satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
- Specialization/MBA.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
- Basic English.
- Experience in people management and leadership.
- Knowledge of:
- - Banking market and products.
- - Business and service modeling.
- - Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
- - Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
- - Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
- Behavioral competencies:
- - Effective communication.
