About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the service operations of the Consortia Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
- Define and execute strategy, manage people, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of customer journeys.
- Develop and update long-term strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
- Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
- Lead teams, fostering continuous development, diversity and high performance.
- Act as a mentor and coach to coordinators and direct reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure financial efficiency and effective contract management.
- Sponsor best practices in services and promote a knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
- Promote process automation and digitization to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work to improve both employee and member journeys.
- Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and questions while increasing satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
- Specialization / MBA.
- Minimum 9 years of experience (including management).
- Basic English.
- Experience in people management and leadership.
- Knowledge of the banking market and financial products.
- Business and service modeling.
- Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
- Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
- Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
- Effective communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Adaptability and resilience.
