About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the service operations of the Consortia Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
  • Define and execute strategy, manage people, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of customer journeys.
  • Develop and update long-term strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
  • Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
  • Lead teams, fostering continuous development, diversity and high performance.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to coordinators and direct reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure financial efficiency and effective contract management.
  • Sponsor best practices in services and promote a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
  • Promote process automation and digitization to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work to improve both employee and member journeys.
  • Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and questions while increasing satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
  • Specialization / MBA.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience (including management).
  • Basic English.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of the banking market and financial products.
  • Business and service modeling.
  • Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
  • Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
  • Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience.
  • Accountability.
