About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the service operations of the Consortia Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
Define and execute strategy, manage people, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of customer journeys.
Develop and update long-term strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
Lead teams, fostering continuous development, diversity and high performance.
Act as a mentor and coach to coordinators and direct reports.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure financial efficiency and effective contract management.
Sponsor best practices in services and promote a knowledge-sharing environment.
Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
Promote process automation and digitization to drive efficiency and innovation.
Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work to improve both employee and member journeys.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
Specialization / MBA.
Minimum 9 years of experience (including management).
Basic English.
Experience in people management and leadership.
Knowledge of the banking market and financial products.
Business and service modeling.
Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
Effective communication skills.
